I left Venice this morning with high water, wind & rain. There were white caps on the waves on the lagoon it was so wild & rough. Nine ladies made it to the group & we had a lovely chat & made arrangements for my walking tour of Venice with them next month. The girls were all very excited watching the "snow" rather sleet falling.
When I got back into the city the water was still quite high & it was wet & wild. I've just been to the coop for food for my dinner party tomorrow night & got soaked. Should've stopped for a cafè corretto!
