I had a really easy arrival at my apartment, 1 hour from landing including stopping off to renew my iMob card so I can use public transport without paying tourist prices.

I was very quickly out and about. The weather was too wonderful to stay in and unpack. So after lunch sat outside on the Zaterre I went off to Vodaphone at the Rialto to sort out a not working mobile that I left with money on.
When I got there Vodaphone had turned into a menswear shop. Asking I found out it had moved up the street the lady implied. Half an hour and five bridges later I found it. Only to be told as I hadn't used it for eleven months it was dead. I wasn't happy, stuck to my guns (nicely) and they rand support and as long as I recharged it between 6pm and midnight it would spring back into action.
Then onto the train station to get a ticket for Treviso the following day then back home to unpack.
6pm out again to recharge phone.
By this time decided a spritz was in order after Co-op shopping. Quick dinner & off to bed for an early start.
More about that later, I'm off to the market now. Another beautiful day.
