I've had two visits to the new Fondacho dei Tedeschi, the old post office , which is now a high end department store, but looks more like airport shopping.
The interior is beautiful and has been retained.
There is an amazing roof terrace with a 360' view. I knew the grand Canal made a left turn here, but it's really quite tight.

Didn't you formerly do another blog in Venice, something with Pantomimes, and isn't there a Hebden Bridge connection? Couldn't find the old blog when i wanted to see it, some time back.
