Here is worse than Hebden Bridge for changing! Sunday I woke at 7.30am and opened my shutters to a beautiful sunny morning with a blue sky.
Sunday 10am
By 9.30am it was foggy, here you can see it hanging on the Giudecca canal. In church I could see the sun had come out once more. Jane and I had lunch at the Guggenheim then went back to her apartment for me to collect an Hello she had brought for me. (I am going to have to avoid Phuvio for the next week). We took these photographs on the roof terrace.

Monday was cold and grey and whilst I was at Liz’s began snowing. I have taken these from my apartment at 14.30. Tonight it has given extra high water. The scirocco is blowing and more water than usual is entering the lagoon.
